A name, phone number, or address entered into a search box is sent to the outside provider that supplies that result function; our servers do not retain a copy of the query. When you contact us, we receive the contents of your message and use them to respond.

Like most hosted services, the site receives routine logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of access. We review this in aggregate for reliability and page-use trends. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, where used, advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
Technical information helps operate, secure, repair, measure, and improve the site. We do not sell a list of visitors or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services and Links
Alvin pages link to Brazoria County and Texas portals, libraries, archives, and outside search services. The policy of the destination controls information submitted there. That includes any sponsored result service operated by another company.
When Data Is Shared
Hosting and support providers process logs for the service. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic technical data described above. We otherwise disclose information only when valid legal process requires it.
Safeguards
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described here. Since no account or user profile is created, there is no site password record to expose.

This reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect a minor's personal information. Contact us if you believe a minor has supplied information, and we will remove it.

Because this service retains very little, a request generally involves the contact mailbox and relevant logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Texas, Brazoria County, and Alvin official records are not under our control; direct a correction or access request to the source custodian.
